We start our process by learning about your needs. We have to know the goals you are trying to accomplish so we can develop an effective custom solution for you. You can think of us as your personal Internet business consultant.

If your project involves website development, we ask you (and help you to answer) questions like these:

We give you recommendations regarding your future site's content, structure, functionality, usability and search engine optimization. If you need help with purchasing a domain name, finding a qualified hosting company or appropriate ecommerce setup, we assist you with pleasure. We help you to make a good first impression on your visitors, make them feel comfortable, and provide them with user-friendly experience at your website. You want your new visitors to become your loyal customers. If you give them what they want, they will be back, just like you go repeatedly to your favorite restaurant.

We have a high-speed broadband connection, so we can easily receive files from you: scans, digital photos, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and Word documents of any size. Sometimes you may need to send us graphics or other materials via regular mail. We develop designs and upload them for your review to your private work folder at our worksite. We give you time to look at the drafts before we discuss them with you. We listen to you carefully, answer your questions and make necessary changes. Two-three revisions are included in our standard web design package, but we are flexible. We want you to be happy with the final product.

We consult with you throughout the process, sharing current web trends and what we have learned from our own experience on the web and from our clients' experiences. We want to be part of your success story and we would love to work with people you refer to us.

We normally ask for a downpayment (25%), with the balance paid in 4 monthly interest-free payments. Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks, Paypal or wire transfer.

We complete your site according to contract, test in most commonly used browsers, debug it, upload it and voila! IT'S LIVE! We can optimize your website and submit it to web directories as well, and we highly recommend that it gets done right away. We let our friends and colleagues know and we celebrate the birth of new site.

...And it's just a beginning. Unlike a print job, your website is an ongoing project, it's live. The more care you put in your site, promoting it, updating it, testing it, the better the outcome.
